who am i?

my name is amelia and i am a multidisciplinary artist whose heart dances between ink and paint. by day, i create living art through tattooing - etching stories of the soul onto skin. i planted new roots in the hague, where i now live and tattoo from a sunlit studio.

trained as a clinical psychologist, i have an unending fascination with the hidden currents of emotion that flow through each of us. these currents guide my hands as i work, whether i’m sketching the delicate curve of a cat’s whisker or layering herbs into a soothing balm. be warned: i’m a certified cat fanatic - my heart has nine lives and i spend most of them trying to pet every whisker i see. feel free (and highly encouraged) to break out your cat photos at our meeting - i want all those purrfect faces on display!
